Why do Betta Fish Fight with Each Other

There is really only one way – don’t put two male Bettas inside the same tank. If you should just have one tank and two male Bettas, you do have a few choices – the first is to use a “fish condo”.

Fish Condos: These include clear plastic containers with air holes that let the tank water flow through them. Based on the size of your tank, you may well be able to easily fit in a two, three or four space condo. Each Betta fish has his or her own space, and you could organize visual barriers including plants or java moss so that he can’t see the other Betta.

You may also put a single mesh divider in one section of your tank that may keep your male Betta fish separated from one another
